WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Oct. 29, handling the fourth appeal arising from a patent infringement case, dismissed the appeal as moot after finding that there was no effectual relief it could grant (Systems Division, Inc. v. Teknek, LLC [by its Trustee, David Leibowitz] and Sheila Hamilton, Jonathan Kennett and Teknek Holdings, Ltd., No. 2008-1100, Fed. Cir.).
